At Tremor, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges—kept simple and straight.



Refunds



We don’t offer refunds. Once a purchase is made, it’s final.



Exchanges



Need a different size? No stress—exchanges are available as long as:


  • The item is brand new
  • All tags are still on
  • It hasn’t been worn, washed, or damaged



Just reach out and we’ll sort the sizing swap.



Quality Issues



If something’s not right with the quality, hit us up straight away. We’ll check it out and organise an exchange if there’s a genuine issue. We want you to be stoked with what you get.

Shoot us a message at tom@bewareoftremor.com.au with your order number and any photos if needed. We’ll get back to you and make the exchange process easy provided you are within 30 days of the purchase date.
